The Juniper

This package includes interior and exterior coverage, takes approximately one and one half hour-including one hour of post-production processing- and generates 17 images.  As a guideline, this level is appropriate for properties 3000-4000 square feet.

The Sycamore

This package includes up to two hours on-site, and an equivalent of post-production processing.  This level is appropriate for properties up to 4000 square feet, or for a more detailed session. This level generates 22 finished images.

The White Birch

This level includes up to 3 hours of session time, two hours of post-production time, and generates 30 finished images.  We prefer to make a separate appointment prior to the actual session to scout the property with you.  This helps determine the optimal time to conduct the photo session and enhances the final product.  The pre-shoot walk through is included in the fee, as well as a personalized slide show for marketing the property.

Exterior Only

This level generates 3 images.

Twilight Exterior

This service includes twilight exterior photography and generates 2 finished images.

Image Retouching

This service applies when the Client requests specific retouching, including removal of cars, objects or major blemishes.  We will supply and estimate before beginning work.  

Average Investment:  $50 per image

Headshots

This service includes sitting fee, online proofing and 3 finished, retouched images suitable for print and web use.
